Criteo, world specialist in real-time personalized recommendations on the Internet has signed a contract with Iminent (that’s us!), the first independent platform for IM software. Since October, Iminent has installed the Criteo widgets which act as personalized recommendation pieces of software based on Internet usage statistics.
Due to rapid increase in the Catalog size (Emovids, Emoticons, BigEmoticons, hundreds, thousands, maybe millions tomorrow, you name it!), Iminent was confronted with the problem of search optimization. This is where Criteo came to the rescue: the widgets act as permanent analyzers of the Iminent environment & of the user’s overall interests and recommend the best pieces of content, according to different and specific usage statistics, especially meant to “rotate” all the Emovids, Emoticons and so on and so forth.

The numbers have begun to tell the truth: a 20% increase in usability. Doesn’t that give a whole new meaning to the word “prediction”?
